The Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) IT Portal Site comes with a Status and Problems Dashboard accessed through the Charts and Items menu on the menu bar.
Note: The Status and Problems Dashboard is dependent upon login. Anonymous browsers will not be able to access this Dashboard.

Displays a list of subscribed Problems. The number of subscribed Problems is a hyperlink that opens a table view of subscribed Problems that includes Record Type, ID, Customer Name, Problem Description, and more. Note: Subscribe to a specific Issue (an Incident) by clicking Affects Me Too in the |
Service Status |
Displays a list of Incidents sorted by the OOTB IT Portal Service Catalog categories and their threshold (1-9 Incidents is green; 10-34 is yellow; 35+ is red). Like the number of subscribed Problems, the number in the Incidents column are hyperlinked to a table view of the Incidents and their information. |
