New

Creates a new Group Map.

Edit

Edits the current Group Map.

Delete

Deletes the current Group Map.

Rename

Renames the current Group Map.

Import

Imports the Group Map definition from a saved Cherwell Export Definition file (.ced).

Export

Exports the current Group Map to Cherwell Export Definition file (.ced).

Close

Closes the Manager.

Cut

Moves the selected Group Map to the clipboard, so you can then paste the Group Map into a new location.

Copy

Creates a new Group Map whose properties are the same as the copied Group Map. The new Group Map can then be named and customized.

Paste

Inserts the cut or copied Group Map from the clipboard.

Select All

Selects all Group Maps in the current window.

Search

Inserts the cursor into the Search Control so that a typed word or phrase can be searched for.

Icon

Displays Group Maps as icons.

List

Lists Group Maps by Display Name.

Details

Lists Group Maps in a detailed, sortable Grid (displays Display Name, Description, Last Modified, etc.).

Refresh

Refreshes the data.

Find Dependencies

Displays other CSM Items using the selected Group Map.

Help

Displays online help for Group Maps.

Contents

Displays the online help contents.

Report Error

Sends an error to technical support.
