Log a Record in the Browser Client

Browser Client records are very similar in appearance and functionality to Desktop Client records. For more information, see Browser Client Forms.

Browser Client Forms Comparison

To log a record in the CSM Browser Client:

  1. Log in to the Browser Client.
  2. On the Browser Client menu bar, click the New menu.

  3. Select the type of record from the drop-down (ex: New Incident).
  4. Complete and save the record.
