Continual Service Improvements

For that reason, the primary focus of Cherwell Service Management (CSM) 8.3.1 is geared towards ITIL-based Continual Service Improvements (CSI) that will provide you with the most efficient, reliable, and enjoyable user experience. Context-sensitive help is now available in the CSM Desktop Client, CSM Administrator, and most Windows-based CSM utilities, such as the Server Manager. This ensures that a relevant help topic opens when you press F1 or click the Help link in most CSM Windows-based clients.
