Out-of-the-Box IT Portal Site Requests and Incidents Dashboard

The Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) IT Portal Site comes with a Requests and Incidents Dashboard that links the Customer to the Service Catalog, a new Incident/Request form, and the Incident/Request Status of all records logged by the Customer.
