The Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) IT Portal Site comes with a Requests and Incidents Dashboard that links the Customer to the Service Catalog, a new Incident/Request form, and the Incident/Request Status of all records logged by the Customer.
Note: The Requests and Incidents Dashboard is dependent upon login. Anonymous browsers will not be able to access this Dashboard.
