Out-of-the-Box IT Portal Site Charts and Items

The Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) IT Portal Site Charts and Items contains three (3) different Dashboards that are only viewable after you log in:

• Status and Problems
• My Items
• Department Items

  

Each Dashboard contains different information depending on group. For example, My Items will be information specific to you while Department Items will be information specific to your entire department.
