Use the CSM Connection Wizard to configure the connections between the CSM applications and the CSM Database. The steps vary depending on the type of connection, either direct-to-database (2-tier) or through an Application Server (3-tier).
The Installation Wizards automatically launch the Connection Wizard during the installation process. Manually launch the Connection Wizard by clicking the Add button on one of the Connect to CSM windows that appear at log in.
Note: If the Connection Wizard is automatically launched by one of the Installation Wizards; some options are assumed or set by default to ease decision making.
