View and Manually Unlock All User Locks

A User can manage (view/unlock) all his User locks (records locked by him) using the Record Locking Manager in the CSM Desktop Client (Edit>User Locks).

Good to know:

To view all User locks:

  1. From the CSM Desktop Client menu bar, click Edit>User Locks.

    The Record Locking Manager opens, displaying a Results Grid of all records locked by you (CurrentUser).

  2. Then:
  3. Click Close to close the Manager.

To unlock all User locks:

  1. From the CSM Desktop Client menu bar, click Edit>User Locks.

    The Record Locking Manager opens, displaying a Results Grid all records locked by you (CurrentUser).

  2. Click the Select All button Select All Button to select all records.
  3. Click the Unlock Selected Records button Unlock Selected Records Button.
  4. Click Close to close the Manager.
