Add an Action to Cherwell Mobile

Cherwell Mobile allows you to run certain One-Steps against Business Object records.

Examples of Mobile Actions/One-Steps include:

• Looking up configuration item information using barcode scanning.
• Updating a Customer's location.
• Taking a picture and attaching it to a record.
• Changing status.
• Setting priority.
• Creating tasks.

Some One-Steps are available by default, either as part of the mobile application or as part of the Business Object; others are made available list of Business Object Actions defined in the mobile configuration (either global/Role or personal). The available One-Steps can vary per type of Business Object and are accessed by tapping the Mobile One-Steps button.
