Add an Action to an Automation Process

Automation Processes allow CSM Users to automate behavior by creating rules for the system to follow. You can define Actions for an Automation Process to automatically execute when certain criteria are met (ex: Automatically send an e-mail if a Change Request exceeds its end date by 4 hours). You can add Actions to all three types of Automation Processes:
