Note: You can define Actions for other CSM areas, including: Cherwell Outlook Add-In (as record-specific Actions you can run from Microsoft Outlook); E-mail and Event Monitor (as Actions for processing monitored e-mails); Approvals (as Actions that are run when an Approval is approved, denied, or expired); and Scheduled Items (as Actions that are run on a scheduled basis).
