CSM Servers are configured by default during installation; however, use the Server Manager to change the settings, if needed. For example, change: the protocol used to communicate with the Cherwell Application Server, a connection to the database, or a method of logging Server events.
Note: For the Cherwell Application Server, configure the settings that allow communications with CSM Clients in order to establish a 3-tier connection.
