CSM provides an Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) solution to support multiple features and processes.
Note: For detailed information on these features and processes,
refer to the
CSM Starter Database Schema Guide. The schema guide can be found on
the
Customer Support Portal. Go to the
Release Notes tab and select Cherwell Service Management. Select the version of
CSM you are running to find the schema document you need. Also, note that
CSM is highly configurable so your processes and content will vary,
especially if your system utilizes integrations and
Cherwell mergeable applications (mApps).
